3- دعم اللغة العربية ضعيف ومحدود: البرامج العربية في (البلاك بيري) أقل من أصابع اليد الواحدة، ويظهر البالم أمامه بموقف قوي على مستوى البرامج العربية ودعم اللغة العربية وهو الذي كنَّا نتندر بضعفه في هذا المجال(1) !
4- واجهة غير جذابة: لا يعتبر هذا النظام ذو واجهة جذابة منافسة لنظم التشغيل الأخرى (هذا رأي شخصي).
